I did a short swim today, nothing major, just put in the time. I have two challenging workouts left to do this weekend and then I start to taper for the tri next weekend. Woo! The end is in sight.
Tomorrow I plan to do a 1 hr brick: 30 min of hilly fun on the bike and then 30 min. of hills running. Sunday I’m going to do a 2 hour ride on mostly flat ground.
I’m going to take Monday off, do a short bike ride on Tuesday, a short run on Wednesday, a short swim on Thursday, and then take Friday off. I might do a walk or something the Saturday before, but only if I am feeling taper madness setting in.
