30-20-10

I got myself so motivated after my last post that I rocked out a pretty great lunch time workout:

5 min warm up

30 minutes swimming (covered about 1200 meters)

20 minutes on the exercise bike (about 4 miles)

10 minutes on the treadmill (less than 1 mile, lets just leave it at that) (am so slow)

5 minutes cool down.

I’m back in my office, still a bit red face but quite please with myself.
