So I did this yoga DVD today:
And then some kettlebells and I can already tell I am going to be sore tomorrow.
I have a bunch of workout DVDs (and videos, like the awesome Buns of Steel 2000) that I rarely use. I think I forget how challenging they can actually be and that when, on days like today when the temperature is in the negative numbers, I can’t get outside to work out that they are an actually decent alternative.
I think as things get busier next month with the new job I may have to start doing the dreaded morning workout and I need to remember to use the resources (like this DVD) that I already have.
